See if you can pack your gear bag(s) for ease of use, i.e. camera(s) and lenses in separate boxes w/ sticks easily grabbed. So when you stop for some "gun and run" shooting everything is right in front of you vs. wasted time un-packing and packing. See if you can grab some wine boxes with the cardboard separators intact. They're great for keeping lenses separate and cables can be sorted as well. Have another box with water/Gatorade and snacks (this only gets used if your car breaks down and you have to wait a few hours for a tow).
What kind of advice are you looking for, Chris?

Stay away from junk/processed food, hydrate regularly and get as much sleep as you can.

I second this ^^^^ Well, especially the processed food/hydrating part. If I could get sleep, I'd endorse that too!
