I want to give everyone here a quick heads-up. There’s a new “member” who has been commenting on multiple posts with the same line: “Contact me immediately on WhatsApp.”
This is a classic scam tactic. Real collaborators and professionals on Stage 32 don’t push you off-platform into WhatsApp the moment you post something. If someone is spamming you with that, don’t reply — report it.
I’ve already flagged this account to the Stage 32 team, but I wanted to make sure others were aware too.
Stay safe, friends. Keep building connections here with genuine people who want to collaborate, not exploit.

I am always wary of such requests to communicate through Whatsapp. Big red flag. Thanks for sharing!

Oh Jesus thank you so much for warning us ! I lost count just how many scammers tried to get ahold me using my phone or WhatsApp. They must be feeling the pinch if they’re willing to resort to that.

Diana Levin, you are welcome. That was not the first scammer on Stage 32 and will not be the last. The Stage 32 team are fantastic! However, scammers slip through on every site. Here they take it seriously and boot the scammers fast. Also, do not reply to any messages where someone`s first message is to suggest collaboration via email. I had that the other day from someone on Stage 32 pretending to be a producer. Nobody even slightly professional is going to suggest immediate collaboration with anyone else in the first message.
