Good mornin’ all. I’m working on an animation script and reading a lot this morning on voice overs and narrators. It seems voice overs can be used if they don’t overpower the characters. Any thoughts on this?

Can you explain what you mean by "It seems voice overs can be used if they don’t overpower the characters"? I try to tell something in action or dialogue before using a voice over. I also try to keep voice overs short.
