Hey, everyone at Stage 32.
I'm Doug Kayne. I'm a member of the comedy group, Those Four Misfits (www.ThoseFourMisfits.com). I'm a writer, comedian, actor, teacher, and certified smart-ass. I have great hair. Tomorrow, we're finishing up the last bit of filming for the Those Four Misfits Holiday Special (due out soon online). We'll be back on the live stage in January.

Good to see you again, Doug Kayne! Oh, cool - what a neat idea to do a holiday special! How are things going in the live stage space? Are people coming back out in droves or trickling in? My family and I are very much live-performance people, so we do everything imaginable to let us go back out safely. Nothing will stand between us and a good night out! LOL
It’s been a bit slower getting audiences in than we’d like, but that’s to be expected. Despite us having done comedy for years prior to Those Four Misfits, T4M is still relatively new as an entity. We know it’ll take time to fill theaters to capacity on a regular basis (even without taking into account the whole pandemic thing). That said, we’ve had some really great shows in 2021, and are anticipating only improving in 2022.
In the meantime, our Holiday Special SHOULD be on our YouTube page and website on the 23rd. And we’ll be back onstage January 7 at the Sherry Theater in North Hollywood.
Looking forward to someday meeting you (and everyone else) in person.

Sounds exciting and timely. It's interesting to see somebody who's skilled in comedy.
