This industry runs on relationships, and if you want to break in and stay in, it’s time to replace the anxiety with strategy.
There are no shortcuts in entertainment. But there are two proven ways to move forward:
1. Show up consistently and build meaningful relationships by bringing value to others.
2. Invest in yourself by staying informed, staying sharp, and staying ready.
That’s exactly why Stage 32 CEO RB Botto is hosting a free, live Ask Me Anything webcast this Wednesday at 11 am PT. He’ll break down what’s happening in the industry right now, and how you can take smart, intentional steps forward—no matter where you are in your creative journey.

Great opportunity for people wanting to give themselves the best shot at success. Getting yourself out there is hard, harder for some than others, but as a mentor of mine once said "be somewhere something can happen".

Hello, Ashley. I registered for the AMA scheduled for today, yet accidentally deleted the return email containing the code/password. Is there a way to retrieve the code? if not, then I’ll just opt to watch the GOLDEN GIRLS marathon on TBS this afternoon. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Ashley Renee Smith "It’s time to replace the anxiety with strategy." Love that! I would've told myself to build a portfolio of micro-budget scripts starting off, then add low-budget, mid-budget, and big-budget scripts to my portfolio later. It's not impossible to sell a low-budget, mid-budget, or big-budget script as a new screenwriter, but it's harder than selling a micro-budget script. Excited for today's AMA!

I think another email will be sent out today, Bill Brock. Stage 32 usually sends them out before webinars start.
