The Official Trailer's Out for Sean Farley's new movie Neighborhood Watch!

As you may have heard, Stage 32 member and writer Sean Farley's new movie NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH is coming out in theaters later this month (April 25, 2025). Sean's movie came to be starting here at Stage 32, after a Feature Script Read 30 min Talk with Manager/Producer Chris Bellant of Vision Entertainment. Chris loved the script, so he signed Sean as a client and onboarded as a Producer. Now their vision is coming to life this Spring in the upcoming film starring Jack Quaid, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Malin Akerman!

The film is directed by Duncan Skiles (THE CLOVEHITCH KILLER), who was re-joined by his Clovehitch collaborator, cinematographer Luke McCoubrey as Director of Photography. Here's what the story is about:

When a mentally ill young man thinks he witnesses an abduction and the police refuse to believe him, he reluctantly turns to his next door neighbor- a bitter, retired security guard- to help him find the missing woman.

It's a very exciting time as now TWO movies have released in theaters this year borne out of Stage 32 collaborations! The other being James' Papa's NO ADDRESS, dir. by Julia Verdin, which featured an all star ensemble cast of William Baldwin, Ashanti, Beverly D'Angelo, and Xander Berkeley.
