Had a midnight pitch with Future films and walked away feeling as though the producer didn't quite "get it"....however, much to my amazement and delight, I woke up the next morning only to find that my script had been requested...For those of you who are on the "Pitch Line" just remember to give the producer's enough room (and time) to digest your project. Even if you don't get that "whoop-de-doo" reaction to your pitch, it does NOT mean they weren't into it...Patience, hang in there...and NEVER, EVER give up....keep writing folks...
Thanks for the encouraging words, Bill. Haven't had the nerve to try a pitch yet. Congrats!
