Award winning Short film by Dan Eycott on regeneration project in Erith Park. The Ballad of Larner road tells the the history of the estate in the words of the residents retold in a lovely poem by Luke Wright. The film was made with help of media students form the local College, Bexley, which is undergoing its own regeneration as its moving home to near the Larner Road site.
