That's an interesting logline. It reminds me a little of "Paranoia" and "Runner Runner". Incidentally, it is not common to provide the name of the antagonist in a logline. A suggestion: "In an overpopulated dystopia, an alcoholic hacker is duped by a power-hungry CEO into sabotaging the med-implant products of a competitor. The hacker's actions land him in the center of a brutal corporate war where the methods are technological but the casualties are human."
