After a tragedy at graduation two Japanese students from different social circles wonder what school would have been like if they had made different choices.

SUMMARY

A suicide on the eve of their high school graduation in Kyoto Japan cause students Mizuki Rio and Mori Haruki to consider how things might have been if they had made different choices over the last two years of school.

At its heart this is a school love story between two students that were originally in different social circles amidst the exploration of the very real pressure that Japanese students are under to constantly push themselves in High School so that they are able to enter a good college and the rampant bullying that takes place in these schools.
