Reimagine | Theater | Stories
As a designer I always try to tell the story to the best of my abilities. No detail is too small. After signing up in October 2019 I haven't spend much time on the Stage32 platform, as I was relatively new to it. I've over 10 years experience in set design, theater directing and scenography. I've graduated as theaterdesigner in 2019 and followed lessons from Lenn Aarntzen. I've also got a Bachelors degree in Built Environment (Architecture & Urban Design), per 2013.

Hey, Stef Heijnen-Bakker! Nice to meet you! Oh, how cool! I started out doing theatre, mostly lighting and stage management, so I LOVE great set design! Did you see National Theatre's live broadcast of A Streetcar Named Desire? They had such a fantastic minimalist stage!
Do you only do theatre, or have you worked on films as well? I would love for you to post in the Acting Lounge, maybe start a conversation about how your work affects performance? https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting If you start it, I'll stoke the conversation!
Ooo, the Netherlands? Would you be interested in participating in the "Paris, Je T'aime" challenge I posted in the Filmmakers Lounge? It's just a fun way to get to know people through their city:

Enjoy exploring the lounges, and don't forget to comment and respond to others’ posts, too!
