Introduce Yourself : "Big Magic" by Kate Pyle

A MASSIVE hello to my fellow content creators! It's been a while (maybe 2 years?) since I posted on Stage32. Just wanted to take a moment to say "hi" and introduce myself. I'm an aspiring screenwriter in Los Angeles. I've been working on my short script since 2017. I decided this is the year I'm going to make my short film, come Hell or high water! It's a piece of unfinished art, collecting dust on my shelf that I keep threatening to finish but don't because of family commitments, travel, dentist appointments etc. Really poor excuses for not taking a chance and making my art! Elizabeth Gilbert authored "Big Magic" and from the back of the book, "Art is a crushing chore and a wonderful privilege. The work wants to be made, and it wants to be made through you."
