Has anyone pitched on Stage 32 in their pitch sessions and had one of their projects optioned. If not, what is the purpose of paying for a pitch sessions on Stage 32?
Hey, Tim Bragg. The main purpose of the Pitch Sessions is to get feedback to improve pitches, but sometimes the executives, managers, etc. request scripts, option scripts, sign writers, etc. You can read Pitch Session success stories and other Stage 32 success stories here: www.stage32.com/scriptservices/success-stories
Thanks Maurice... learn SO MUCH FROM YOU!! so kind hearted... I mean, look at this photo... that smile! Love how you tap into so many just with that smile.
Okay its true, I have a definite soft spot for you... but don't tell anyone...
Of course, also for Geoff, Ashley, Sam - and so so many amazing staff brought together on this GRAND SCALE for this amazing Platform. LUCKY US... and the World.
I did a skype pitch session this summer through ST 32, received very favorable feedback and a request for my pitch deck and related materials (i.e, attached talent, budget considerations ) This was pretty recent so I am waiting to hear back. I also had another show runner about two years back request the script and deck, but she was looking for something more 'global' what ever that meant. But no, no options as of yet, but who knows, anything can happen.
Still Rick at least this tells me there is a chance to get a project optioned through the pitch sessions and like anywhere you look to submit hope it's something they want.
Maurice - I JUST spoke with this great guy, 24, here at the library... and told him of course! about Stage32... he is amazing and surely has GRAND TALENT. His name is Ny'Zir Thompson, and I mentioned that after he gets on to make sure he checks out YOU and your stuff... HE is amazing as he is a Sergeant in security agency. I looked at his personal ASTRO chart - and not shocked by what I saw that he would be in this position so early in life... and saw more of his further career. SO if he says Hi to you before you say HI to him... (like you usually do with most!) YOU WILL KNOW, his name is the guy I am talking about. SUCH a great soul... and has surely ARTISTIC TALENT.
