About Rick

I have worked as a bouncer at several Florida 'gentleman's' clubs, inside the NYC Criminal Court System, and as a parochial school teacher. Those experiences provided the inspiration for 'Down Low', a TV pilot that has placed as a Finalist ( 'Best TV Series Concept') semifinalist, and quarter finalist as well as earning an honorable mention in recent drama competitions. Maintaining the diversity narrative, I have taught both history and chemistry. (That show has already been written, though) Other projects include 'The El' about a ghost elevated railway in the Bronx, demolished long ago, which serves as a conduit to the past, and 'We'll Cut U' , a reality show about a hair salon with a very diverse group of stylists. My latest screenplay is 'Red Wa' an action/adventure drama about a notorious criminal enterprise based in Thailand and operating across southeast Asia.
