Hi Amanda, thanks for being the first person to get in touch. I have 3 projects currently on the go, all looking for a producer/production company, that I am currently attempting to attach talent.
The first is a movie screenplay titled, THE UNKNOWN - logline: 'As the First World War comes to a close, an idealistic army chaplain works to honour the men lost by spearheading a campaign which has become a universal symbol of unity and perseverance. Based on actual events, this remains to this day, the greatest mystery of the First World War!
The second is a TV musical/drama pilot titled, NEWLEY! - logline: 'A TV musical drama that progresses from East End to legend! Anthony Newley's a Broadway, West End, Hollywood and Vegas star! So why isn’t he happy? Based in the 1970's Mob ruled Vegas and told through his music, his life comes to the screen.'
And the third, is a TV thriller/drama pilot titled, HOPE FALLS - logline: 'Coming out of a pandemic, nothing is what it seems, no-one as they first appear. The Police here have never had to work a homicide, or the abduction of a child - Now they have a case involving both - And a New England island community is in crisis.'
Welcome to the community, Graham Mulvein. Interesting projects, especially Hope Falls. You could post your loglines, synopsis, and scripts on your profile. Producers search profiles on here for projects. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also add your script to your profile here (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”): www.stage32.com/loglines
Fantastic to have you in the community, Graham Mulvein, and congrats on the projects. Drop the Success Team a line at success@stage32.com and they can point you to all the resources here to help you on your journey.
Welcome, Graham! My name is Glenn Axarod. I’m a fairly new actor, started in February, and I just posted a monologue in the Actors Lounge. Been trying to get some feedback on a couple of them. I was working with an agent, and now I’m working with others, but I wanted to take a moment to welcome you to the group. I’ve been on here since around February this past year, and there’s a lot of great stuff in here. I’m on IMDb as well—I just did a movie down in Tombstone back in August, and I’ve done a couple of UGC commercials that got billions of views worldwide. I also just wrapped up a local commercial here in Arizona.
I’m mainly here to network and meet casting directors, as I’m looking to get more roles. I do this very part-time, as I’m a retired U.S. Army veteran and work in cybersecurity. I specialize in cybersecurity auditing for Fortune 500 companies as a freelance business owner, which keeps me pretty busy. Anyway, welcome again!
Thanks Glenn - what an incredible life you have lived/are living. Am proud to be networking with you. As an ex-military man, you might be interested to read my screenplay, THE UNKNOWN. I hope that you do, and if you do, I would love to know what you think. Stay in touch.
Hey - Stefano, great to connect with you. Amazing that you're fluent in 5 languages and live in Swindon! I lived in Upper Stratton for a few years. Loved the proximity to the Cotswolds! Wonderful that you speak Japanese - it's not easy. I co-produced a musical over there a few years back and was lucky enough to visit a couple of times. Incredible country, amazing people, strange food! I'm currently living and writing close to the stunning city of Granada, in Andalucia, Spain. Trying to learn the language. I've found that it's easy for you Italians to communicate with the Spanish. Those Mediterranean languages are so similar. I love Italian, it's like music!
