Anything Goes : Video Series/Youtube To Channel or not to Channel by Dan Ruth

Hello Stage 32! Looking for those with experience in Youtube and posting a project. I notice that some of the "channel's" on Youtube have millions of subscribers, others not as many. Is it necessary to have a channel to get noticed? I am ready to launch a video project and would love any advice I can get. It's a "not your ordinary talking head" type show, more character based. It's funny, but more of an acting piece, not "in-your-face" comedy. I have about 10 shorts. Any help would be incredible! Dan
