A twelve-year-old runaway, Sam Cooper, embarks on a journey through the City of Atlanta, where he stumbles upon a homeless community, Bagger's Row. 

SYNOPSIS:

A twelve-year-old boy, Sam Cooper, runs away from his abusive father, into the city streets of Atlanta, Georgia. Sam has five dollars in his pocket, and believes he can win the jackpot on a scratch off lottery ticket with his last five dollars, so he can run away forever. Sam stumbles upon a homeless community, Bagger's Row, where he befriends members of the community, one member particularly being: Lazarus.
