A new employee, Delvin, presents a challenge to train since he's borderline challenged and over eight feet tall.

SYNOPSIS:

A smug manager, Kilgore, is forced to train a new employee, Delvin, who is borderline challenged, which is unknown since the info is protected by physician-patient privilege. Delvin is also over eight feet tall, which presents many problems for Kilgore. Kilgore's supervisor, Mr. Elliot, watches over the training procedure like a hawk. In order to get Delvin out of his hair, Kilgore gives Delvin an assignment to write a complex report - a report he was supposed to write over a month ago. Mr. Elliot finds out when Delvin returns to work the next day with a complete report to show an astonished Kilgore.
