About Dathane

Hello, my name is Dathane Turner (aka D.R. Damma). I am a screenwriter, blogger and nonfiction writer. One of my passions is giving birth to the new punk genre Dharmapunk. I want to contribute to the Solarpunk genre in a new and exciting way.

Literary & movie writing is how I announce my call to my more profound aspiration. As a secular humanist/ Buddhist, I call for a second scientific revolution where Dharma, humanism, and scientific practice connects under one paradigm. My screenplays, fiction nonfiction and blogs explore this worldview towards a wiser, more skillful society.
