A visual effects artist starts his new job at a large studio where he meets strange people and even stranger events unfold. 

SYNOPSIS:

Episode One begins with Jim's first day at Bludog Studios. He meets; Paul Simon aka Noir a middle-aged man who should've retired or moved on years ago, Sarah a self-conscious hot girl who craves validation, Amy a young and hypocritical social justice warrior, and Sung-Hee a perpetually happy Korean immigrant.

On Jim's first day he learns he was hired on as a replacement for another artist who had a heart attack the week prior. Throughout the episode Jim tries to learn more about him and comes to terms that was the sole reason why he was hired.

The subplot we learn that Noir is divorcing his wife and that the reason he is still working there because he has nowhere else to go.

Throughout the show everyone's goal is to work together and meet the tight deadline and deal with all of the crazy along the way.
