SYNOPSIS

In Newark, Angelo’s empire teeters on the edge of ruin. His business, once a thriving pulse in the city’s underbelly, now bleeds under the relentless grip of the Paneladros, the local mob who squeeze him dry. Yet Angelo is no blameless victim; his own missteps have carved deep wounds. And his wife—her whispered confessions in the shadowed quarters of a priest’s chamber—cast a shadow darker still.
