SYNOPSIS:

In a war-ravaged future London ruled by rival “Estates,” brothers Grogan and Wilberforce Hunt uncover a horrific military experiment that has transformed their missing brother into a twisted, inhuman weapon.

When a devastating bombardment tears them apart, Grogan is captured and forcibly remade as a “Street Demon” , a powerful living weapon unleashed to hunt down Wilberforce, who has escaped the city and now works as an agent for the enemy.

As Wilberforce investigates the secret weapons program, a battle-scarred Estate officer, Vantine, begins to question her loyalties. Drawn back together by the truth behind the experiments that destroyed their family, all three are forced into an uneasy alliance against the system they once served.

When the fanatical scientist Chesterfield, head of the Hunt Estate, pushes the program toward mass production, ultimately transforming himself into its most dangerous creation, Wilberforce makes a final sacrifice to destroy the Hunt Estate's laboratory, ending Chesterfields experiments forever, and allowing Grogan and Vantine to escape as the war rages on and London descends into chaos.
