LOGLINE: A fringe hacker with a serious case of amnesia obtains a secretive video of militarized killer clowns eliminating a US Senator. The following day he wakes up with a bomb watch attached to his wrist with instructions to find Billy Boy before Billy Boy finds him or the watch will explode killing him and anybody around him. Time is ticking in this cat and mouse chase to uncover the truth before it’s too late.
