Im trying to find actors in my area and my high school but i can't seem to get anyone to commit. does anyone have any suggestions on how to find actors or make sure my existing actors will show up?

We are now green-lit to shoot next week on Wednesday but are now in need of an experienced gaffer. Our gaffer is not able to show up and so we are in need of one with experience on set. We are seeking funding to shoot the rest of the new Dreamshade music video. We shot the first half this past weekend but are now out of funds to complete production. We have an excellent crew already committed and the band who flew in from Switzerland are here for one more week. The location is already booked all we need now are the permits and rental of the equipment. We have a deadline by the end of this week to secure funding. This is a huge opportunity for everyone involved as the band has a huge fan base already and are now about to make their mark in the US.
