Fred is saved from boredom when his favourite comic book hero, Zando Centauri, recruits him to become a Space Ranger. After a quick stop at Jupiter, they travel to the distant planet Jambori, where Fred’s first mission is to help Emperor Gandori and prevent intergalactic war… by teaching him how to tie his shoelaces!
