When crusaders intent on overthrowing the king use her small village as a base, Abigail must use her new gift to save her way of life.

SYNOPSIS:

After the autumn harvest, the annual tribute is dispatched for the capitol. En route the caravan is stopped by crusaders who force the caravan to turn around. Once back at the village, the crusaders kill off the priests but keep the priestesses alive, claiming the religion has been corrupted. The crusader leader forbids the villagers from leaving the village proper. In a desperate bid to get help, Abigail leaves in the middle of the night only to get lost. The crusaders enlist the help of hunter to track her down and rescue her. A beast starts terrorizing the village but crusaders in particular. The crusaders are driven off, but soon the village is overrun by more beasts until finally the situation is resolved by trapping the crusaders in a collapsed mine.
