“Donovan Casanova,” a documented genius and fugitive from Alcatraz, offers Federal authorities a proposition: In exchange for his potion, which cures one of the most fatal diseases on the planet, he must receive a Presidential Pardon, which absolves him of all previous crimes, including the escape from Alcatraz. He, however, discovers that the government is actually trying to kidnap him, when they invite him to return to The United States, in order to reach an agreement.

After escaping deeper into the infrastructure of Europe, Casanova hides in Paris, where he knows he has to steal The Madonna Painting from Du Louvre Museum in Paris. It is the only way he can find the true whereabouts of his mother, who abandoned him many years ago. After successfully burglarizing the museum and removing the painting, he must ask himself, “will I be able to return the painting without being captured,” especially since his photo is posted all over Europe as a known fugitive?”

The multidimensional plan also consists of many ingenious schemes, while sending the FBI on a wild goose chase around Europe. It also involves locating an old prison buddy, hidden deeply in the mountains of Portugal, who escaped from a prison in Germany many years ago. He and Donovan have unfinished business, concerning a bank robbery and six million dollars buried in Stuttgart, Germany.

In this coming-of-age TV series, Donovan Casanova travels through four different countries, being a prankster and sabotaging the FBI at every turn. He uses his genius mind to the hilt, as he outwits federal authorities, poking fun at them, not only to remain free, but in order to see his mother for the very last time. Upon finding her in a convalescent home in Portugal, he discovers who he really is, who she truly is, and why he was abandoned as a child, which ultimately led to his survival nature and his future as a criminal. His mother, knowing her son is a fugitive, contributes to his bid for freedom by giving him something critical that will secure his future.

After hiding his family in the snowcapped mountains of Iceland, Casanova’s primary objective is to form an International Spy Network, whose membership has strict requirements, including either a bank robbery or espionage, and a successful prison break from a holding facility in the world. Its members, which include two females, must participate in breaking other people out of prison around the globe, under the guidance of Donovan.

Following season one, Donovan is injecting his recipe into the veins of more human beings…another one of his ingenious schemes…which will secretly continue. The question, however, is will Donovan Casanova also known as Frank Morris, be able to remain free, while masterminding the escape plots of others from federal penitentiaries and other lock-up facilities around the globe?
