Two half-witted best friends who dream of becoming police officers take it upon themselves
to enforce the law in their local area, resulting in ridiculous escapades. Despite getting little respect
from the law enforcement... or anyone... they never ignore an injustice, no matter how small.

SYNOPSIS:

Drawing inspiration from Dumb and Dumber, Trailer Park Boys and Mr. Bean, this series follows

idiotic best friends Blue Mcallister and Bartholomew “Phelpy” Phelps as they do their best to keep the

peace in the local area. Rather than impersonating police officers, these guys do it their own way!

Their shared desire for civilian justice is unbridled! From a lost dog to a snatched purse, nothing

escapes their radar, leading them on ridiculous misadventures and humorous encounters. Blues

passion for keeping the peace does not discriminate, and his pal Phelpy wouldn’t dare leave his side.

Becoming official police officers is the dream, but achieving it might be above their IQ’s.
