To stop a heinous corruption from further invading and conquering our modern world, Merlin, Legendary Wizard and prophesized “LightBearer”, searches his past for the answer that will not only end the war, but save a lost nation.
SYNOPSIS:
The modern world has changed. Physically, spiritually, natural and supernatural, all of it. Reeling from being thrust into a celestial network of planets and the magical War of Realms that spans them, Human-kind struggles to find it’s footing in this New Age. Enter Merlin, nigh-immortal wizard, born of legendary myths, striding forth to lead this technological society through threats new and ancient. Between the battles with empowered Zealots and their gruesome machinations, and forging new alliances to ensure Realm-Peace, he recounts his ages-long tale to a dedicated chronicler with the hope that he will learn the necessary truths that will overcome the lingering darkness that ignited the war. Merlin, born as Laioloken, the prophesied LightBearer, takes his first steps in ancient Ireland, beginning his study and training in the Arcane Arts. Guided by his parents and with his Fae Wolf companion by his side, the young mage journeys from his homeland, to Britannia where he finds an ancient cave steeped in powerful magic and a land of enchantment. Using the arcane Realm Gateways that connect the Twenty-One Imperial Realms, Merlin searches for knowledge and lore from the Gods and Goddesses that rule them, shaping himself into the Master Mage of the Modern Era. From quests bequeathed by Dragon Royalty to his courtship to a Queen of Fairy and the prophecy that tore them asunder, to his pursuit through the ages of the sinister Bodegan, a Fomorian Arch-Mage responsible for the deaths of his parents, Merlin blazes a path across the world… across worlds. In the struggle for peace, he will shake the pillars of divinity and usher in a new dawn for Earth-kind.
