A law student, who must excel at school and a dorm job to avoid jail and financial ruin, goes through a journey of self-awareness with friends during a turbulent first semester.

SYNOPSIS:

This is a coming-of-age dramedy about Josh Fischer, and aspiring law student who gets arrested on his drive to start law school. A rural Judge conditions Josh's freedom on finishing at the top of his law school class and excelling as a resident advisor at a large college dormitory. Soon after the semester starts, Josh's father tells him they're broke. Josh's only hope, to stay out of jail and stay in school, is to win both the law school and dorm scholarships.
