A young man after the army, discovers the wonders of the lottery's Chance program. Later, he develops an algorithm for drawing large profits from the stock market. In the midst of all this, the lottery management decide to chase the young man to the bitter end and things get out of control.

SYNOPSIS:

The Lottery "Chance" program is being damaged due to an unexpectedly increasing number of winnings. A confidential police investigation is opened due to the lottery complaint. Inspector Kagan together with detective Mika begin to investigate the case. In a short time Mika discovers the "criminal". Motti, a brilliant guy, an army veteran who developed a method to "break" the "Chance" program.

Mika befriends Motti and very quickly they become friends. At the same time, Motti learns to be an investor and at the same time develops his own improved indicator. His losses in the first days as an investor are quickly replaced by large and daily profits.

One night, Mika confess to Motti that she is a police detective during an investigation, thereby shattering her relationship with him.

After a few days they connect again because their love is intense.

Mika and Kagan summarize the results of their investigation at Lottery Management and announce that a guy cracked the system without breaking any law.

The spokesperson of the lottery factory reveals to the media that the Chance program has been cracked, thereby causing a great media uproar in the pursuit of the mysterious character of the cracker.

Mr. Kremenitzer sets up a meeting with Motti and asks him to stop investing in the Chance program, while promising that he will receive adequate compensation. Motti refuses and thus arouses the anger of the lottery people. Mr. Kermanitzer calls his childhood friend, a local mobster from Ashdod, he convinces him to threaten Motti. In the meantime, the management of the lottery factory is forced to temporarily block the existing Chance program, thus causing the lottery factory great losses.

In Las Vegas, one of the big casino owners sees a TV report about that mysterious guy who "cracked the system" in Israel. He calls his assistant "Big Joe" to urgently fly to Israel and get Motti out of there so that he can come to Vegas and work in the service of the American mafia.

The threats of the Ashdod mobster are met by a delegation of the American mafia arriving in Israel. Big Joe arrives at the last moment to rescue Motti and Mika from the arms of the Ashdod mafia. Motti receives an offer to move to Vegas.

In the meantime, the Israeli income tax decides to sue Motti because his involvement in the lottery programs are a profession according to their view and therefore he has to pay taxes on his profits.

In the trial, Motti is entitled. From there the road is short to Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, Motti's friend and assistant Nadav reveals to the world Motti's enterprises that were established to help the weak people in Israeli society.
