The Prime Minister assigns Amos to check the condition of the remains of the sunken island and whether the intelligent species is ready to cooperate with the Israelis.
Amos makes contact with the jellyfish-like creatures. In the evening, at the restaurant, a girl named Marlene joins him and gives him a greeting from Melissa.
A peace and cooperation contract is signed with the intelligent species. They also get consent to settle in the Dead Sea and turn it into a fresh water reservoir within a few years.
Marlene lives with Amos and is appointed ambassador of the jellyfish species

SYNOPSIS:

Amos is invited to the prime minister's office. In a conversation with the Prime Minister, he hands Amos the device for breathing in water.

He asks Amos to contact the same intelligent species that no one has seen yet.

We have something to learn from them and what to teach them, the Prime Minister says.

Amos says that most likely the entire sea in the island area is full of concrete blocks.

The Prime Minister gives him a mandate to check the situation and an unlimited line of credit to select staff and equipment.

Amos comes out of the sitting with Prime minister, the mask is in his hands. He calls his friend Arie and asks him to lend him his expensive and sophisticated yacht, which is too expensive for him to maintain.

Arie offers to charge an extremely low price for the luxury yacht. Amos informs him that he will check the purchase option of the luxurious yacht.

Amos and Danny, a colleague from the Maritime Institute, go diving in the water at the same site where the island collapsed. Amos and Danny descend to a depth of 30 meters. From there Danny continues to the bottom of the sea alone. On his way to the bottom, Amos notice that the concrete blocks are covered with a thick layer of strange algae that eat away at the concrete blocks. Amos reaches the bottom of the sea. Many bubbles-emitting caves are found at the bottom between the large blocks of concrete that still remain. Amos believes that his presence in the creatures' territory will not go unnoticed. After he swims in the area he goes up to his friend Danny and from there they go up to the surface of the sea, to the small yacht from which they dived into the water.

At dawn, a girl comes out of the sea in the Hadera area to a deserted beach.

She gets out of the water and turns to one of the alleys of Hadera and disappears.

The next day Amos and Danny dive again. Amos examines the surface of the eaten concrete blocks. He touches the concrete and it crumbles under his fingers. Someone like a jellyfish without hunting arms begins to swim by his side.

Later the prime minister talks to Amos and he gives him an account of his whereabouts. He also tells him that he purchased a luxury yacht at a low price for the needs of the project.

In the evening Amos and Danny go to a restaurant in the marina to have dinner. A woman named Marlene joins their table and gives Amos a greeting from Melissa. Danny leaves the meal, leaving Amos and Marlene to talk and get to know each other. Marlene explains that the sinking of the island was a direct result of ignoring their needs. In a conversation with the Prime Minister, Amos reports that a renewed connection has been established with the intelligent species at the bottom of the sea. Marlene tells Amos that they are in a draw, you ignored our request and we sabotaged your island.

She is ready to start negotiations with the Israelis. It is agreed that Amos will give them the plans for the construction of all the planned artificial islands and in return they will receive a revolutionary design of the island's floor that will save the island builders a lot of money.

When it seems that the negotiations are over, Marlene asks Amos another surprising request, to settle in another sea or lake of Israel. We also want to expand and grow.

The Red Sea is full of dangers for the intelligent species. The Prime Minister refuses to let the jellyfish-like creatues to enter the sea of Galilee, so the only thing left is to settle in the Dead Sea. Not only is the intelligent species ready to build itself in the water of the Dead Sea, they also promise that in within few years they will sweeten the water of the Dead Sea and turn it into a fresh water lake.

Amos takes Marlene on a tour of the Dead Sea so that she gets to know the environment offered to them.

The prime minister informs his cabinet members of the decision to colonize the Dead Sea with the jellyfish-like intelligent species. The government ministers vote on a decision to allow the intelligent species to settle in the Dead Sea. In return, a peace contract will be signed between the parties, including generous agreements on both sides and technology sharing.

The Prime Minister announce in the Knesset a peace treaty with the intelligent species and the decision to let them settle in the Dead Sea. Of course, the head of the opposition strongly opposes.

Peace treaties are signed on the luxurious yacht. Marlene is appointed ambassador on behalf of the intelligent species.

The Hercules plane flies at a low altitude over the Dead Sea and drops containers into the water with the jellyfish-like creatures inside. The creatures will live in the Dead Sea and adapt themselves to the extreme environment.

Amos and Madeleine stay to live together as a couple.
