A house valuation leads to an interrogation when a suspicious estate agent arrives.
SYNOPSIS:
Vendor Moreland Green wants to sell up and move to London. However, when the Estate Agent arrives to evaluate the valuation, he interrogates him, due to his suspicions as to why the owner wants to sell so quickly.
