A man seeking peace after a dark past moves into a luxury apartment complex, but as eerie events and cryptic interactions with neighbors escalate, he uncovers the building’s dark purpose and its grip on everyone inside.
SYNOPSIS:
Edward, a man in his 40s, moves into a luxury apartment complex after a painful divorce, hoping to escape his troubled thoughts and start anew. But peace proves elusive. Strange events in his flat reveal fragments of his dark history, and his interactions with the building’s eccentric residents grow increasingly unsettling. Each neighbor seems oddly fixated on Edward, mirroring his own psychological struggles in ways he can’t explain.
Edward becomes suspicious of Ken, the building’s ever-present janitor, who seems to know more about him than he should. When Edward discovers hidden cameras in his apartment, panic sets in. He tries to call for help, but the phone line is cut, and Ken appears at his door.
Ken calmly reveals that he owns the building and runs it as a hidden clinic for individuals with severe mental health struggles. Every resident, including Edward, was selected for treatment using Ken’s unconventional methods. As Ken delves into Edward’s past, the horrifying truth emerges: Edward wasn’t simply divorced—he killed his wife in a fit of rage after discovering her affair. Everything Edward experienced in the building, from the strange events to the cryptic interactions, was meticulously designed to bring him face-to-face with his guilt and begin his path to healing.
He’s Watching is a psychological thriller that explores guilt, redemption, and the fine line between salvation and control, keeping audiences on edge until its final, shocking revelation.
