This sounds interesting, Nicholas Rizzolo. I think your logline needs more info. The logline just has the setup right now. I suggest adding the story goal and the stakes.

Something like "After a creature in the Amazon attacks and impregnates her, a young researcher tries to/attempts to/fights to/struggles to/sets out to/fights/battles/etc. _______ (goal of story and try to add the obstacles here) to/so/in order to ________ (stakes)."

A more accurate version is: After a creature in the Amazon attacks and impregnates her, a young researcher must fight for her life when scientists kidnap her to study the it's offspring.
