A Death Row inmate’s suicide attempt is foiled, so that he can be killed ‘properly’.

SYNOPSIS:

Inside a US maximum security prison's Death Row, Greg takes an overdose but is found just in time to be rushed to the local hospital. While he is being revived, a Welsh PhD student researching emergency treatment discusses the differences between British and American attitudes towards guns and murder with prison guard, Ron. Ron is determined not to let the prisoner die on his watch, and takes him out of the hospital back to prison as soon as he can. He needs to get him back in time to be executed the next morning - to do things right and give him a proper killing.
