In the future, an epic economic collapse spawns a military despot who uses the most powerful force in the universe against his own people. The only opposition left is the RESISTANCE.

SYNOPSIS:

Earth has a one-world government. She has expanded her empire to include other terrestrial bodies throughout the universe. This expansion led to a burst of economic growth followed by a collapse.

In the aftermath, chaos threatens the very foundation of society. Max Kreitzer seizes on the pandemonium to set himself up as the alternative; a leader who will stem the slide into complete nihilism. The beleaguered populace buys into his desperate sociopathy, electing him Chancellor.

Once in office Kreitzer solidifies his power by invalidating the global constitution and passing laws that restrict human rights for groups he blames for the collapse. Groups like Chenobians – people with translucent skin. And Weks – nomads who claim ancestral migration routes. These groups, and others like them, are summarily detained and exported to work camps on outpost planets. Many don’t survive. Soon none are left on Earth save the RESISTANCE.

In a universe gone mad they have two choices – join or resist. They resist.

Kreitzer, seeking to expand his empire, wars against an undefined exterior force called the Alliance. The RESISTANCE fight a guerilla war against him, battling for their souls, their brothers and their faith.
