LA detective and lone wolf Romulus Branson is out to make a name for himself. On thin ice with his boss, estranged from his fiancee, and banned from the case he really wants, he's forced to investigate a prostitution and human trafficking ring. As he closes in on the perp he realizes the case is bigger than anyone imagined, even as it brings him face to face with the demons of his past, his own family.
