Raised as a weapon by a shadowy organization called The Company, John's latest mission is to locate and retrieve Claudia Belle—a powerful teenage telepath known as a Source. But when John falls in love with his target, he must choose between his programming and his humanity, all while protecting Claudia from The Company, interdimensional entities, and an ancient ruler named Quentin who claims she belongs to him.
