I have three of my feature scripts viz Race to the Senate, Human Bonding &My Indian script posted here . I basically trust people also I am located in India and it is a bit difficult to sell . Thanks to this site I meet many producers. By the grace of God I hope a producer would like my script.

Of course it is acceptable to use slang, and sometimes it is necessary. Just make sure you are using the slang properly. Even Shakespeare used slang in his plays. In Hamlet, Hamlet told his girlfriend to “get thee to a nunnery.” He was not telling her go and live a chaste life, but just the opposite. At the time, a nunnery was street slang for a brothel. Sometimes slang adds a sense realism to both the character and world he/she lives within the story.

Now that my clarification is between the butt crack I just want to say thank you guys so much, now I'm fervent to continue using slang words and ghetto fabulous people in my writing. Thanks again my peeps.

I just think they are a bit past their primes and really can't be taken as predictors for where film will go. Hate to say that, but honestly, no one is going to be charging or paying $150 for a ticket as they suggest. And as for video games, sure, video games are cool and getting cooler, but we still consume a hell of a lot of TV and media. Maybe there will be less theaters.. maybe not, but the art of cinema really isn't going anywhere.

Right. Most americans watch Movies at home through cable and Netflix etc. there must be some way to charge them more then 5.99 a movie or month. That's where the industry fucked up on. People are tite and dont want to spend. How many times do you hear "oh ill wait till that movie comes out on DVD to watch it" all the time. This is the problem, oh and don't get me started on pirate DVDs there everywhere. If I wanted to a new flick all I need to do is visit the corner liquor store and wham 5.00 a movie. So much bs.

Chris Johnson that's pretty deep, I have to admit it but I had to read it about 4 times to fully comprehend your point and I'm still lost. The part about Los Angeles turning into Detroit is true to a certain extent, Los Angeles will always be the hub for movies and film but I see in time Las Vegas and other city's in California turning into hollywood, for example in Downey Cali a couple city's over from dtown la they built a giant studio which lasted about a 3 years, huge studio now it's gone, flat now there building a mall. To win a baby contest, a pregnant woman must divorce her reluctant husband who is faking a terminal illness.

The four in vitro baby's part sounds like raising Arizona in a way. How bout Pregnant woman hides the whole money contest thing, husband finds out ,she skips town maybe mexico, has her babys there ,now there mexican citizens, husband looks for her, finds her and BANG she whacks him in mexico,now she's wanted by the mexican cops, she can't cross the border because her kids are not u.s citizens so she finds away to skip mexico with her baby's , she has money but could she buy her freedom or find a way out.

My brother Max I'm on page 4, my daily schedule is nuts but I will finish it by Friday. It's pretty good man, the whole way of life this guy has is pretty extreme and bad ass hey even if he did gay porn lol Hey when it comes to money we all might cross that white powdered line somethime.

It amazes me how many screenwriters I meet, who have never heard of Dalton Trumbo.

Really? Well for some folks screenwriting is more of a job to get them closer to hollywood, but for others it's an addiction a obsession to learn about the craft and outset of people like Trumbo. We need to inject our minds constantly with only the best writers dope on the market. Lol

Synopsis: A male teenager, raised by a devout Catholic mother, and an abusive father questions his manhood. Between being bullied and victimized by peer pressure, he struggles to make sense of the world around him. He crosses paths with a street gang and fails to resist them. Caught in the gang bangers grip, he is forced to commit an unimaginable crime, which leads to heartbreaking circumstances.
