Still acting, writing plays, illustrating children's books, singing, editing/hosting/writing stories for the LUNCH AND JUDY SHOW heard on http://soundcloud.com/judy-stadt/tracks and have done some voiceover work since the last intro. Got an agent interested in my talent and looking forward to be the American Judi Dench ... with 50 years of stage experience I don't think that is a presumptuous goal. I'm perfect for film as I do many different characters. Look me up on Youtube.com and see for yourself.
Thank you for reaching out. Did you paint all these photos you're posting?
Yes
Very cool!!
Beautiful artwork!!
Hi Shirley! Hope all is going well!
I wrote this monologue as an introduction to filmmakers because I want to work!!!. THANK YOU.
THANK YOU STEPHEN MITCHELL! On JUDY STADT'S CASTING COUCH Judy interviews wonderful directors, producers of film, television and theatre. Choosing to be in show business is so difficult and hard to break into ... I know! On my show the goal is to try help my fellow artists, providing to them real solutions, very important professional suggestions for them to develop their marketing brand and ultimately have their dreams come true. I really appreciated your article. I am a born actor. As a very talented, and experienced stage character actor wanting to be in more films, I never thought of picking 25 films that I would be cast in... Great idea! For many reasons I never marketed myself well and I should be working all the time....

For many reasons I never marketed myself well and I should be working all the time. Being a movie fanatic and having watched thousands of films I'm going to make that list for myself and see if that will help agents to know what to send me out for. Of course I realize the competition is very stiff in view of the fact that I'm virtually an unknown talent. Hoping I won't have to wait until all the other more mature actors die before they will give me a chance to show them what they are missing. Wish I knew the 5 bullet points you gave to him. Thanks so much! Judy Stadt, host LUNCH AND JUDY SHOW http://soundcloud.com/judy-stadt/tracks
This is a follow-up to the mention about a marketing protocol for actors I made in the article...
Oh, I thought it was just some oddly-placed self-promotion. My bad.
Ha! OK... :)
Hi Judy, thanks for adding me!

HELLO DARLINGS! Well, I sent off my first letter to Wes Anderson, the first Director on my list. I'd so LOVE to work with him as his work is beautiful and I love beauty. THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL would be my idea of working in heaven. Designed and am having printed, cards with my brand. As Stephen Mitchell says: "This is not instead of all the other work you are doing, this is in addition." Along with my usual daily activities which include: Spanish lesson, Illustration, creating and writing another WIDOW for the book, choosing another tune for my one woman show HIDE & SEEK, creating a TV Producer's list to add to my contacts and send notes of introduction to, make an appointment for next week because "all work and no play makes Judy sad."
OMG Stephen. thank you so much for connecting with me. I loved your post on Stage 32. I could feel that era in L.A.... it kinda reminded me of the L.A. Confidential era, except that you were in another part of town doing your thing. I really liked the style (your voice) you wrote the blog. We've all...

Confidential era, except that you were in another part of town doing your thing. I really liked the style (your voice) you wrote the blog. We've all seen the mafia movies like Casino etc. You should write this. It's your story and very intriguing. So cool.
Maybe a story about the mafia guy... from your blog. Maybe from the mafia's guy POV... maybe in the vein of Analyze This except instead of a therapist, he takes acting classes. I think that would be a hoot.
The story of a mafia hood wanting to be a movie star is intriguing. I know of one Hollywood figure who started out as a low-level hood and became a well known actor after he brought his girlfriend to Hollywood for an interview and 'Hollywood' wanted him instead...
Perhaps the Boss that he works for HATES actors and so it's imperative that it be kept secret, but he gets parts that the Boss may see ... television commercial?
