Their only lead is a set of ancient, geometric tattoos Kai insisted were necessary to enter the forest. Desperate for answers, they receive the marks and cross the tree line.

They immediately discover the jungle is not a natural ecosystem, but a sentient, reality-warping machine. The forest isolates them, playing with space, time, and perception.
