A nerd, a career girl, and a pervert reinvent themselves to overcome the pitfalls of sex and dating after their friend marries into a seemingly perfect life.

SYNOPSIS:

When JAMESON (27) marries his old high school sweetheart, RYAN and TROY, fear that they’ve lost their best friend, and nearly ruin the wedding with their childish antics. Jameson declares his intention to grow up and move on –– especially with their ten-year high school reunion in sight –– and suggests that Ryan and Troy do the same.

Meanwhile, the wedding leaves KRISTINE, Ryan’s career-driven twin sister, distraught; not only has she’s harbored a secret crush on Jameson for a decade, but his new bride was Kristine’s tormentor in high school.

Ryan fears they will die alone and unloved if they can’t overcome their flaws, so he aims to reinvent himself (both in appearance and social class) and pressures Troy and Kristine to join him. Unfortunately, the rules of sex and dating are ever-changing and the squad’s task proves more difficult than anticipated.

The squad realizes that, if they are ever to move forward and become a fully-functioning part of society, they will need to make some serious changes: Ryan must learn to cope with the loss of his deceased fiancee, Troy must overcome his misogyny, homophobia, and other crude aspects of his personality, and Kristine must re-think her priorities, as her workaholic lifestyle is likely to prevent any chance at long-term happiness –– especially when she gets a shot with Jameson, whose “perfect marriage” comes crashing down.
