In his bid to take over the town for which The Phoenix serves as guardian, Mr. Sandman has placed all city officials in an everlasting sleep in which they must face their greatest fears... forever. With time running out he must also determine how to win the love of his soul-mate TYGERA, a beautiful woman with family secrets of her own, while avoiding the claws of LIONIA, another beauty.
