My fields of focus are dance, theatre, film/video production, writing, and neuroscience. Since I've started acting I've become somewhat of a film buff (don't quiz me though). I've always been interested in writing; I have a lot of ideas in my head, so I'm learning to get them out into the world in coherent/fit for human consumption ways. If you have me tell it (which you do have me telling it), comedy is my primary avenue... I hope that translates as true outside of my own self assessment.
A couple of my favorite films are "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus", and "City of Lost Children"; they both have the whimsically dark energy that I tend to be drawn to. My movie list does go on, but I'm sure that we would all rather I didn't create a mini IMDB in my bio.
I love to experience people from all walks of life; I'm blown away by the beautiful absurdity of existence, and THAT is what fuels my drive toward the entertainment industry. Each of the industry's storytelling formats is so powerfully effective in connecting us to one another (for better or worse), and I seek to play a pivotal part in that. I've been operating undercover as part of the "real" world for the last four years, and I'm absolutely ready to rip off the mask, set off a glitter bomb, and fly off to exert myself where I should have been placing my greatest effort all along.
I also think cheesecake is thee most life changing innovation ever. It is my staunch belief that Earth came into existence so that man could create cheesecake; that is the meaning of life.
As I move beyond those pesky fears of mine, I'll have work to share here; and maybe we can share some cheesecake in person :)
Unique traits: I learn things quickly and efficiently, because the sooner I learn the basics, the sooner I can get to work on mastery. I'm chronically early to appointments.
