SYNOPSIS:

In 2085 Boston, Massachusetts, protection from the underworld can be a limited thing. But, being a mutant is something that can be very helpful. And, DR. MORTIMER EVANS, an ex-military soldier, pulls together his own band of mutant troops to solidify his plan; the assassination of the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. After designating his team; an assistant protector who hides inside of people’s soul. A German individual whose wolf life-force has kept him alive as his inner ‘spiritual guardian’. A man that was re-developed with a massive embodiment of strength from the carnage that was left behind on the battlefield. And, a fellow military soldier, who after dying within a previous battle, was reformed as a chainsaw wielding maniac. But, as they sit in their lair – nestled beneath a dismal looking cemetery – Mortimer confides in his small army about his plans. Furthermore, working against the newly constructed group, is a collection of fellow mutant individuals. However, spearheading the assault is MR. ROCKEFELLER, a heavy gun slinging assassin, who like his fellow band of hit-men, is a mutant himself. Never really knowing the reality of his identity, Mr. Rockefeller and his band of mutant ‘friends’, visit the President of the United States. And, soon accepts an offer from the government head to kill off Mortimer’s alliance and help him retrieve a piece of powerful rock matter. Driven by a determined pursuit, The President of the United States meets with his cabinet members, alongside of a few ‘helping hands’, and discuss the circumstances of Mortimer Evans’s termination, and the re-introduction of Correcular Lambock, or ‘C.L.’, back into the world. The President knows how important C.L. can be to him, being that of a rock material that can weaken mutant powers. But, Mr. Rockefeller also desires to retrieve the C.L. and use it to make the currently scarred world his very own. Mortimer and his group embark toward one of their previous habitats, but are derailed as Mr. Rockefeller and his group of mutant opposition, unfold with a surprise attack on Mortimer’s troops. But, with sudden thrust, Mr. Rockefeller’s minions pull away from the assault and see the interference as a warning of what will later come to light. However, undeterred from their search toward that habitat, the group continue forward and discover the location of the ‘Dirty underground’, a place where Mortimer’s group will come to know the secret behind C.L. After the chance meet up with the PROPHET at the underground location and one of the group’s angering departure, Mortimer’s entourage proceed to an abandoned warehouse where they are greeted by the Prophet who has plans of using the powerful C.L. for his own greed. But, after a ruthless epic battle between Mortimer’s and Mr. Rockefeller’s soldiers, and the death of the Prophet, Mortimer realizes that Mr. Rockefeller has escaped his wrath with the C.L. in his possession. And, realizes unless they find him, the ramifications will be felt forever.
