While a fierce battle rages on Earth for the last freshwater on the planet, oceans of water are discovered on Jupiter's moon, Europa. But when a trio of young scientists learns that Europa's water is lethal, they must stop the deadly water from contaminating Earth's dwindling water supply.

SYNOPSIS:

In the not-too-distant future, the world's drinkable water supply has dwindled to crisis level. The largest energy company on the planet identified the global water shortage long before it became apparent to the world's population. In response, they purchased The Great Lakes, the largest supply of freshwater on our planet. The lakes are dammed and a huge security fence is built around them, patrolled by troops who fight the savage hordes that attack day and night. Against this violent backdrop, three engineering graduate students narrowly escape to a family farm on a remote parcel of land. This is the perfect location for Sierra, her boyfriend, Zach, and her best friend, Kirsten, to take refuge until they can determine their next move. While barely producing enough food and water to stay alive, they learn that the energy company has successfully recovered the waters of Europa, and claims that in 2 and a half years, the water crisis will be over. But Sierra and her friends discover that something very dangerous has contaminated the Europa water and the information has been covered up. It's up to them to prevent Europa's water from wiping out every living thing on the planet.
