Hey thanks a bunch! I'm glad you checked it out. I made it almost 2 years ago, just as an experiment so I appreciate your comments. Liked your show reel. All the best to you too!
It's quite obvious what my name is but for the record, I am Rahul Aijaz (surprised, aren't you?) and I'm a film graduate from Karachi, Pakistan. I have worked on a few short films during my past four academic years, mainly as a director, screenwriter and cinematographer. Currently, I work as a photojournalist and write and contribute photographs for a South Korean magazine. I have quite an obsessive personality which includes binge-eating French fries whenever I can but mainly, photographing streets. I love the surreality of streets and the interesting juxtaposition of different elements which make up most of my photos. Coming to US is my childhood dream so I'm pretty damn sure I'll be seeing some of you... someday! Feel free to add me. I try to visit this site as much as I can and I love talking to people so I won't bite... hopefully. Cheers!
Hey Rahul, Welcome to the Stage 32 Community!
Thank you guys! I appreciate that. And Brandi, I am sure as hell we would be best friends. Ha! :)
I live in London, born and raised in OZ (yes, Oz is over the rainbow) and hold a passport from an Irish Grandfather. I scribble therefore I am. I am compelled towards storytelling, in all its magnificent forms. (It helps as I can't draw or paint to save my life) but I have been known to carry a tune...

I am compelled towards storytelling, in all its magnificent forms. (It helps as I can't draw or paint to save my life) but I have been known to carry a tune. (Does the shower count? And the odd bar based, clothed appearance for friends who forget to post on face book) Characters plague me day and night but I welcome their chatter (creatively, not schizophrenically) as it adds to the rich world in my head. I plug away at my craft every chance I get as it sustains me through life and pitching and talking about what gave me those great ideas in the first place. I am at the beginning, middle and end. Writing pieces in various stages of production, pitching completed and to come, pieces under review and hoping Santa can fulfil my Christmas wish - the opening of those doors which lead to the roads of writers rooms, collaborative productions, produced credits and a sustained and worthwhile body of work that tantalises and entertains. Kind of the feeling chocolate gives me, but with the sustained high that can only come from living your dreams. Oh, Michelle by the way. Writer if it wasn't obvious. Love and scribble all the genres and mediums (TV/ Film) BUT my flatmate says I find horror too scary to write. Hoping to prove him wrong this Christmas. I'll get back to you on that one.
Thanks, think I am aiming for the most bizarre speech award should I find myself any time soon at the Oscars (Emmy's are another option), accepting an award... for my work, lost for words. Okay, so I admit, the lost for words, highly unlikely!
Welcome to Stage 32, Michelle!
Thank you, just getting around to exploring!

I fell out of filmmaking after uni, and then fell back into it in 2010. I've made several shorts and a feature, I've worked as a director, DoP, camera op, asst. camera, sound mixer, boom op, really anything I can get involved in. I'd love to meet other fest heads, and hear what makes a great festival. I'm not trying to outspend Busan, but I'll be damned if I can't make screenings that are more innovative. So... give me a shout: https://www.facebook.com/kixff https://twitter.com/kixff
Hey Kevin! This is great. I am a film graduate from Pakistan and currently writing for a S. Korean magazine based in Seoul. Moreover, I shall be coming to Seoul by around new year. Would love to meet up with Seoul Players Theatre Group and you.
Thanks for the comments. Glad to see there's real communication here. Rahul, definitely if you're in Seoul, give me a shout.
Hey Kevin, I'm in Korea these days. Living in Sinchon. Would love to meet up!
Hi Rahul, thanks for the add. Nice to connect here. Best, Mark. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1719678/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1
Requiem is an experimental music video I directed, shot and edited in May 2013.
A person suffering from 'Cotard's Syndrome' believes he is dead. How could his family possibly convince him otherwise?
A short film I made around one and a half years back. Do check it out, fellas! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Z2-DZcBDsg&feature=youtu.be
