The junkie girlfriend of a Latin mob boss is on the run when the family thinks she is a snitch.

SYNOPSIS:

Virginia Wills struggled on the bottom rung her whole life and did what whatever it took to survive. She has not lived a model life; addicted to Oxycontin, hustled the streets, and cheated on her on-again-off-again Latino mafia drug-dealer boyfriend.

When the mob's businesses are threatened by cops and rival thugs and someone is ratting out their operations, the family puts out a contract on her. Now, Virginia is pursued by hit men, but her craving for pain killers and a grudge against the traitorous boyfriend keeps her from just running away.
