ALIEN COP PUTS HUMANITY IN UNBREAKABLE GALACTIC QUARANTINE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES AGAINST PLANET EARTH!

SYNOPSIS:

M’raa-kuu is an eight foot tall, blue, extraterrestrial Tiger with black stripes. M’raa-kuu is also a police officer with the all-powerful Galactic Alliance Environmental Protection and Enforcement Agency. He arrives on our world and proceeds to put humanity in an unstoppable quarantine for committing crimes against the ecology of planet Earth. He befriends a young UN security sergeant named Pedro Alvarez, much to the embarrassment of the UN Ambassadors from around the world. Many individuals and organizations attempt to kill M’raa-kuu and break the quarantine. Human resistance is futile against the Alliance’s superior technology. Huge sections of Earth and various animal species are put off limits to humans by intelligent alien plasma barriers. Various destructive human activities and vested interests are proscribed and forbidden. Humanity’s worst criminals are executed without mercy by ferocious green alien electrical creatures, the Shiik’T’aa Elves. The Elves are cute and funny, but deadly as the Alliance quarantine enforcers. Forced to adapt or perish, mankind and their new cetacean allies (Dolphins and Whales) evolve upwards together and qualify as new Galactic Alliance members in record time. M’raa-kuu turns out to be the “Good Guy”!
